The cost of home ownership in Butler County and the Cincinnati – Dayton region is one of the lowest of any major metropolitan suburban area in the country for all income levels.

for the Cincinnati area is $128,500 — more than 34% below the national median home selling price—while in Dayton the median home selling price is $100,500.   B
